F.A.Q

Frequently Asked Questions:

"What is this Ko-Fi!?"
Ko-Fi is where I will be spending my daily update time from here on out. Social medias are getting out of hand (to say the least) so my shop will remain open here, but blogs, updates, behind-the-scenes, Discord, *Membership Discounts etc, will all be through Ko-Fi. Please follow me there if you're interested in keeping an eye on me and my art going forward. Thank you.
This Will Take You There!
*No purchase required, most things will be free to public.

"How do I best care for/ clean my new needle felted item?"
Please never pull on any small parts as they're attached well, but they are still able to be tugged apart. Avoid getting your needle felted sculpture or painting wet, if it does occur- do not squeeze! leave outside to dry in a shaded area, if possible. Any errant fibers are easily tidied with scissors. Hoops and sculptures are most easily dusted with canned air. They are made with imagination and whimsy to inspire joy but for safety reasons, please keep them out of reach of small children and pets.

"Do you accept returns or issue refunds?"
I unfortunatly do not accept returns or issue refunds on my items. By Ordering through this website you are accepting the conditions that you have read the description of the item you're interested in purchasing thoroughly, prior to going through with payment. I do my best to accurately describe and provide measurements where applicable. If you're genuinely upset with your order upon its arrival, please contact me and we can talk about it.

"What am I looking at?"
I'm going with "Wool Sculptures" & "Wool Paintings" as they are made of wool (surprise!) and I create 3D form, via stabbing repeatedly with barbed needles.
I'm always looking to expand my skills and designs, and ultimately just enjoy playing and creating!

"Are these toys suitable for my kiddos?"
Well, depending on the age and temperment... let's just go with, you know your kids best; my art is intended to bring joy to your space, and can absolutely be gently cuddled/pet. I don't personally recommend any of my work for little ones though.

""Stabby Gilmore" ?! What kind of name is that?"
"Stabby" because most of the art I like to do is done via needle point! Either needle felting, hand or machine sewing. "Gilmore" is an homage to both Adam Sandler's "Happy Gilmore" and Matt Mercer's "Shaun Gilmore" from Critical Role. Both these characters are completely different, and yet both seem to align with my personality perfectly. IYKYK.

"Why can't I commission order a needle felted friend EXACTLY the same as I saw before?"
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the way I sculpt the wool, even if I were to count the exact number of stabs for each friend, they each are 'born' with their own personalities. Please keep this in mind before, while and after purchasing!

"I live local, do I have to pay for shipping?!"
Nope! if you're in the area and would prefer free local *pick-up please use the code "LOCALFRIEND" at the checkout!

*This applies to any events I'm vending at! if you'd like to purchase and pick up while I'm oot & aboot, I'd be happy to maneuver that as well.

"Where do you get your wool!?"
I purchase wool as local as possible from *Wellington Fibers in Elora, ONT. Or *Fiber Craft (Fibercraft.ca) in Mississauga, ONT.
*Not sponsored, I just really love their products.
